Rapid REO is owned and managed by Nathan Seigel.
Nathan’s passion for home repair began in the mid 90’s when he took his first job at a privately owned hardware store in Brooklyn, New York. Years later, Nathan moved to South Florida and began a career in property management. Identifying a need for quality repair companies, he began to repair properties on the side. As the demand for his excellent repair work grew, Nathan turned his side job into a full time business called Rapid Repairs. As of January 2012, Nathan has been in business for almost 7 years and has developed a long list of happy, repeat customers.
In 2008, Rapid Repairs started a division called Rapid REO Repairs. Rapid REO Repairs deals with realtors, investors and bank owned properties and services over 200 clients.
Rapid reo repair is a full range service company performing all types of jobs, large and small, from rekeys to rehabs and everything in between. Rapid specializes in permit and violation processing as well as dealing with various building departments. Rapid prides itself on its knowledgeable and friendly office staff and its speedy and efficient work.
